Travertine - can your repair kits for natural stone be used on
this Travertine?

I see some lines, cracks if you will, in my dining room table. It is a
polished travetine stone. Does this happen to this stone overtime, do
you
know. What do I do to fix?? I have a couple of dull spots as well.
Wuld
this need to be sent out to be rebuffed/finished??

thanks for the info'

Are the hairline cracks pre-existing or new?

Let me try to answer this correctly
I have the table about 12 years.
I saw tiny holes here and there and know that is natural I think that over the past 3 the crack has developed.
It is not a crack with any kind of space to it as to fit something in there.
It is a hairline crack let's say

It will be hard to repair the top of the table with epoxy. Most of the cracks you see would be hard to get an epoxy to penetrate. The best option would be to reinforce the bottom of the slab if you are worried it will break. Let me know if you need more info about the bottom.
Also a car wax can be used to shine up the dull spots.
